Standard shipping is free within the lower 48 continental states (US) for medication orders over $37, determined during checkout. Charges for other delivery options are available during the checkout process. Note that there may be some restrictions on overnight shipping due to your location.

3. What payment options do I have when buying from MyVetsMeds.com?

If you choose to pay by check...
Proceed through the shopping cart as usual and when prompted for payment type, select check. You will then be e-mailed an pre-filled order form with instructions to print it out and mail it to us along with your check. Note, we must receive payment prior to any shipment.

Veterinarian Authorization Number. This is a MyVetsMeds tracking number assigned to your pet's medications and refills. You can reference VAN number(s) in Express Pickup or over the phone for easier ordering.

This number will appear on each MyVetsMeds shipping label and invoice. So when you are ready to order refills, you can simple reference your VAN # at the Express Pickup for quicker checkout.
