Order Assistance – How do I order medication from MyVetsMeds?

We want to insure your pet’s safety and health by making sure you are receiving the proper medication and dosage needed to provide for your pet’s specific needs.

That’s why we only deliver your pet’s medications to you under the guidance and direction of your veterinarian. We do this by insuring we have these important directions from your veterinarian at the time we ship your order.

If your veterinarian already participates with MyVetsMeds, then they may have already given us the directions we need. All you need to do is call 866-446-9738 or go to “Express Pickup” and follow the instructions.

If your information is not in the “Express Pickup”, place your order through the shopping cart and check out. Make sure you provide the Clinic and Pet information when asked. We will contact your veterinarian for the label and refill instructions.

NOTICE: Orders without participating veterinarian approval cannot be processed!

We will help you track when you’ll need to receive refills. That way you can insure that you’ll always have the medications needed to best follow your veterinarian’s instructions for your pet’s health.
