Please note the following:
* Orders  will be processed upon Veterinarian approval.  Please allow time for us to validate your order.
* Orders placed and approved after 1:00PM Central time may not process until the next business day.
* Orders containing a Hill’s Diets will only ship via the 5-7 Business Day method.  Please note, that Hill’s products are special order items and may experience additional delays beyond the quoted timeframe.
* Orders containing a temperature sensitive item will not be shipped from our facilities if the package will be delayed due to a weekend or holiday.  Shipment will be sent on the following business day .
* Orders containing products that cannot travel in the air will be sent via ground service. Please allow additional time for delivery.
